Big hype, little substance

The hotel boasts a good location near the beach and an open-air market, yet the small rooms leave much to be desired, despite their clever design. Dining options outside breakfast are limited and come at affordable prices, but don’t expect much more than basic comfort during your stay.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing children's pool and spacious area at the hotel, perfect for making family memories. The infrastructure was impressive, accommodating my whole family comfortably, including our playful grandchildren who loved the variety of activities offered.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could be improved for families with children.

Woke up to the cheerful greetings of the staff who were always eager to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach!

The room featured some wear and tear. the cleanliness left a little to be desired with noticeable marks on the walls from past guests.

I had a frustrating experience at check-in. The young boy at the reception was quite rude and kept asking for documents. When I showed him my email with all my details, he still insisted on needing my passport without giving clear instructions initially. Additionally, I had to ask for my receipt in the morning after paying in full the night before, which added to my disappointment.

The hotel is clean and well-located, making it convenient for a short stay. However, the breakfast is basic and additional dining options are limited. Some rooms can feel a bit cramped, but the staff is friendly and attentive, overall offering decent value for the price.

I gotta say, the staff were top-notch, especially Giovannia at the front desk, she went above and beyond for us. The room was pretty modern and clean, with a nice little fridge for cold drinks after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering everything, it was still reasonable.

The hotel is just a few steps from Praca de Boa Viagem, perfect for leisurely walks, and only a short stroll to the beach, where I loved enjoying the sun and views. overall, it would be nice if the reception staff offered a warmer welcome.
